As a remote-first company backed by Y Combinator (Summer 2020), we are revolutionizing the experience economy by providing modern software solutions to an underserved industry. While we operate fully remotely all over the world, our Prague-based team works in a hybrid setup with a dedicated office. For this role, we expect you to join your teammates in the office at least three times a week. Regular in-person collaboration is key, especially for Product Managers working closely with our engineering teams.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to become a key bridge between our engineering teams and the rest of the company. This is a highly collaborative, end-to-end role supporting multiple product domains. You’ll not only help shape what we build, but also how we build it – from defining strategy and delivering impactful features, to supporting internal product operations and helping us move faster as a company.

What will you do?
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define and execute product strategy.
- Own and drive product roadmap planning and delivery across key product areas.
- Translate user and business requirements into clear, actionable specs and user stories.
- Work closely with engineers and designers in Agile processes to ship high-quality solutions.
- Use analytics, customer feedback, and market research to drive continuous improvement.
- Support product launches in partnership with marketing, operations, and customer teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer and champion for usability, performance, and value.
- Help refine internal product processes and bring structure to how we work.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience working on a complex product in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Proven ability to lead product initiatives end-to-end and work across teams.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Analytical mindset - you’re confident using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- A self-starter attitude and curiosity to keep learning.
- Passion for creating useful, impactful products.
