Regional Sales & Operations Manager - STRONG Pilates

THE ROLE   

The Regional Manager of Sales & Operations will oversee and support the performance of STRONG locations within the Texas and Illinois territory. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations, this role is responsible for executing operational standards, driving revenue growth at the area and studio level, and supporting local teams in delivering exceptional client experience. This individual will ensure alignment with company-wide strategies while directly managing and coaching Area & Studio Managers. 

LOCATION: Dallas-based (Travel Required) 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Achieve Revenue Growth: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across all STRONG locations.  
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Collaborate with Area & Studio Managers to implement sales initiatives that meet or exceed regional revenue targets. 
  • Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track key metrics and provide regular performance insights to the Director of Sales & Operations, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support Operational Consistency: Execute systems, processes, and standards to ensure studios within the assigned region operate efficiently and consistently in line with STRONG’s brand expectations. 
  • Champion the Client Experience: Ensure studios consistently deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience that supports client retention and satisfaction. 
  • Coach Studio Leaders: Provide hands-on coaching and development to Area & Studio Managers, helping them lead high-performing, motivated teams. 
  • Support Talent Development: Identify strong performers and contribute to internal development plans in alignment with company succession goals. 
  • Operational Troubleshooting: Partner with Area & Studio Managers to proactively address and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance. 
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work with Marketing, STRONG HQ, and other cross-functional teams to implement promotions, new initiatives, and studio-level programming. 
  • Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure all regional locations follow established guidelines for cleanliness, service, and overall brand representation. 
  • Promote a Culture of Accountability: Encourage a results-oriented mindset, aligning studio teams with company values and performance expectation. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5–7 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in fitness, wellness, or a related service industry. 
  • Proven success in sales and operational leadership at the area, district, or regional level. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute. 
  • Experience leading and coaching geographically dispersed teams. 
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works seamlessly with other departments to implement regional strategies. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT 

  • Frequent physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching. 
  • Repetitive movements and moderate noise exposure. 
  • Frequent standing and walking on hard surfaces. 
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds. 
  • Possible exposure to dust, chemicals, and cleaning solutions
