As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strategic and driven Recruiter to support our talent acquisition function. This individual will play a key role in attracting exceptional talent who align with our brand values and contribute to our high-performing culture.
THE ROLE
The Recruiter role will support full-cycle recruitment for studio and leadership roles across all Momentic brands (SWTHZ, STRONG Pilates, and Momentic Studios Inc.). This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends strategy, execution, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with studio leaders, functional heads, and executives to build a best-in-class hiring process, elevate the candidate experience, and support the growth of our wellness ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Design and support recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and scaling needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate workforce requirements and develop proactive hiring plans.Use data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process - from job posting to onboarding -ensuring a seamless inclusive, and candidate-centric experience.
- Own job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and background checks using Greenhouse ATS.
- Build partnerships with niche job boards, local wellness communities, and networks to source diverse, top-tier talent.
Leveraging Technology and AI
- Integrate AI tools to streamline resume screening, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance hiring precision.
- Help develop tailored application forms to pre-screen candidates and reduce manual effort.
- Recommend and implement Greenhouse workflow enhancements to improve automation and team collaboration.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, studio leaders, and executives on talent needs and recruitment strategies.
- Lead structured interview processes, facilitate hiring panels, and support culture fit evaluations.
- Train hiring teams on scorecard use, structured interviews, and equitable hiring practices.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Champion an exceptional candidate journey through clear communication, timely feedback, and a personalized touch.
- Support processes and experiences that reflect our brand, values, and in-studio culture.
- Collaborate with marketing and people teams to drive employer brand initiatives and represent Momentic at hiring events.
Talent Pipelining & Succession Planning
- Build and maintain a strong network of future talent for critical and high-growth roles.
- Partner with the People team to assess and evolve hiring structures as the company scales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven skills within a quickly growing, high volume organization
- Demonstrated success in recruiting in a high-growth, multi- location environments (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
- Strong understanding of structured hiring methodologies, recruitment operations, and talent lifecycle management.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms, including workflow customization, reporting, and scorecard optimization.
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools and data to drive efficiency, scalability, and hiring outcomes.
- Passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams aligned with company mission and values.

COMPENSATION: $65,000 annually
