Moment is building the first operating system for fixed income, the largest financial market in the world valued at $150T+ globally. Despite the market’s scale, most workflows remain incredibly manual: traders juggle multiple screens, portfolio managers exchange sprawling spreadsheets, and critical coordination still happens by phone or chat. Moment is unlocking a new automation paradigm for the industry by unifying these workflows into one system.

The Role

The company is going through a period of hypergrowth and we are working on multi-year transformation projects with some of the largest financial institutions in the world. As such, truly world class account implementation, management, and expansion is critical and we are looking for founding hires on our post-sale team to support this effort and ensure we harden our reputation in the market as delivering an incredible experience and results for our clients. 

Whether you specialize in managing implementations, solutioning, or account management, we’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in playing a critical role in building and scaling a world class post-sale function. 

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Post sale experience at B2B start-ups, ideally partnering with large clients on complicated projects and multi-year transformation efforts  
  2. Incredible customer centricity, work ethic / throughput, ability to learn, obsession over the details, ownership mentality, and bias for action 
  3. A good human being with high integrity 
  4. A passion to for building a truly world class post-sale function 
  5. Someone who is looking for their career defining opportunity and significant personal / career growth
