Role Overview: 

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team to help us build + scale our GTM engine, work on the most important GTM and operational projects in the company, and drive our next phase of growth. 

The company is going through a period of hypergrowth and we are looking for an extremely versatile, gritty, and high-slope individual who can ensure that we maintain that 10x+ growth trajectory and that we develop our GTM / operations into a machine that can ensure we scale smoothly and execute quickly.

While this role has a broad scope, we will focus on aligning the role to lean into this individual’s super powers. Whether you are incredible at GTM systems / automation and processes or growth hacking or something more client-facing like partnering with our enterprise customers to build a world class business case, we will ensure we line up the role to your super powers to drive the highest impact.  

Responsibilities:

Work on the Most Important GTM and operational projects in the Company

    1. Step in to work on whatever the most important projects are in GTM 

Help Develop, Build, and Scale the GTM Engine and Strategy  

    1. “Run the business” GTM items (e.g. deal desk, systems, comp design, etc.)
    2. Build and scale foundational elements / playbooks that helps turns GTM into a machine and levels up our execution across the board
    3. Help develop / shape GTM strategy and planning 
    4. Help level up operational excellence by driving continuous improvement to processes, operating cadence/model, and “ways of working” to increase productivity and impact

Sales / Partnerships / Growth  

    1. Proactively identify and execute against growth opportunities and strategies
    2. Extremely close partner to BD/Sales team in driving deals and execution
    3. Periodically step in to help drive ad-hoc strategic partnerships, especially ones that are atypical but important  

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 3-7 years of experience at some combination of B2B start-ups, investment banking, consulting, or investing (PE / Hedge Fund / VC)
    1. Bonus for any amount of GTM and operations experience at a start-up
  2. Incredible work ethic / throughput, ability to learn, obsession over the details, ownership mentality, and bias for action 
  3. A good human being with high integrity 
  4. A passion to become truly world class at all things GTM and operations in B2B start-ups 
  5. Someone who is looking for their career defining opportunity and significant personal / career growth
