The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team to help us build + scale our GTM engine, work on the most important GTM and operational projects in the company, and drive our next phase of growth.
The company is going through a period of hypergrowth and we are looking for an extremely versatile, gritty, and high-slope individual who can ensure that we maintain that 10x+ growth trajectory and that we develop our GTM / operations into a machine that can ensure we scale smoothly and execute quickly.
While this role / function has a broad scope, we’ll tailor the role to your superpowers. Whether you excel in GTM systems, automation, and processes, are a growth‑hacking expert, an excel / analytics wizard, or shine in client‑facing partnerships, we’ll align the role to your strengths to maximize impact.
Responsibilities
Work on the Most Important GTM and operational projects in the Company
- Step in to work on whatever the most important projects are in GTM
Help Develop, Build, and Scale the GTM Engine and Strategy
- “Run the business” GTM items (e.g. deal desk, systems, comp design, etc.)
- Build and scale foundational elements / playbooks that helps turns GTM into a machine and levels up our execution across the board
- Help develop / shape GTM strategy and planning
- Help level up operational excellence by driving continuous improvement to processes, operating cadence/model, and “ways of working” to increase productivity and impact
Sales / Partnerships / Growth
- Proactively identify and execute against growth opportunities and strategies
- Extremely close partner to BD/Sales team in driving deals and execution
- Periodically step in to help drive ad-hoc strategic partnerships, especially ones that are atypical but important
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-8 years of experience at some combination of B2B start-ups, investment banking, consulting, or investing (PE / Hedge Fund / VC)
- Preference for at least some GTM or operations experience at a start-up
- Incredible work ethic / throughput, ability to learn, obsession over the details, ownership mentality, and bias for action
- A good human being with high integrity
- A passion to become truly world class at all things GTM and operations in B2B start-ups
- Someone who is looking for their career defining opportunity and significant personal / career growth
