Position Summary:
The Channel Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies with our priority retail and e-commerce partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing Go-to-Market, and Creative teams to develop joint business plans that not only elevate brand presence but also accelerate sell-through. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, partnership management, and flawless execution.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans with top retail, eTail and strategic partners (e.g., TikTok Shop The Feed, Healf, Harmon's, team sales, gyms etc)
- Lead co-marketing initiatives including promotions, digital media, influencer activations, in-store experiences, and content syndication
- Design and develop in store-POS to drive high-brand visibility
- Drive considerations for retail packaging concepts and iterations to drive better sell-through and in-store displays
Partner Collaboration:
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for external retail and e-commerce partners
- Build joint business plans that align retailer objectives with brand growth targets
- Manage partner-specific calendars, deadlines, and deliverables
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing GTM, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Partner with the Sales team to support sell-in conversations and drive marketing alignment
Performance & Optimization:
- Track, measure, and report on program effectiveness and ROI
- Leverage data and insights to optimize campaigns and inform future initiatives
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or shopper marketing, preferably within CPG or related industries
- Strong understanding of both retail and e-commerce marketing levers
- Proven track record of developing and executing co-marketing programs that drive awareness and sell-through
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing program performance and deriving insights
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action
