POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Marketing Specialist plays a key support role in executing integrated brand campaigns and day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role ensures brand consistency, operational excellence, and strong execution of marketing plans that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty for DTC, subscription, and retail channels. Acting as a bridge between creative and cross-functional partners, the coordinator/specialist helps translate brand strategy into best-in-class marketing activations that deliver measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of omnichannel brand campaigns 
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs to ensure campaigns launch on time and on budget
  • Support sell-in decks, product launches, and in-store/online merchandising activations
  • Partner with sales to deliver retail marketing programs (endcaps, digital retail media, in-store signage)
  • Partner with Amazon team to support Amazon campaigns

Content & Creative Management

  • Coordinate asset creation with internal creative teams and external agencies 
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all touchpoints

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Assist in tracking KPIs (campaign performance, social engagement, digital conversions, retailer sell-through)
  • Support the creation of post-mortems, campaign recaps, and ongoing reporting dashboards

Project & Process Management

  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, and budgets
  • Drive cross functional task completion and communication

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise between brand marketing, growth marketing, eCommerce, sales, and operations
  • Communicate updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a CPG, retail, or omnichannel environment
  • Agency experience a bonus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing channels and terminology - specifically digital and DTC
  • Basic understanding of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Figma, Shopify, GA, Slack, Air
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions and suggest optimizations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Resourceful in finding solutions and handling challenges independently
  • Experience with creative/asset management is a plus
