POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products and materials across the supply chain, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. This role manages core operational processes such as purchase order lifecycles, sourcing support, inventory management, and production coordination with tolling and co-manufacturing partners. By maintaining accurate data in Cin7, driving process improvements, and supporting cross-functional initiatives, the analyst ensures that supply chain operations enable on-time product availability and support new product launches.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Management

  • Own the purchase order (PO) data lifecycle: issue, revise, and maintain POs in Cin7, including all receiving data
  • Maintain weekly updates of the Ready to Ship Report and Component Reports to ensure accurate visibility for stakeholders
  • Set up new products in Cin7, ensuring accurate product, component, and supplier data
  • Verify ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices) and delivery confirmations to ensure timely inbound logistics
  • Assist with new product development GTM alignment by supporting supply chain readiness in partnership with Marketing

Sourcing & Production Support

  • Manage and audit non-SKU inventory (cartons at 3PLs, Prop 65 materials, etc.) to ensure compliance and availability
  • Support carton improvement projects by analyzing packaging efficiency, carton utilization, and identifying cost savings opportunities
  • Partner with Toll Manufacturing suppliers by sourcing raw materials, packaging components, and ensuring timely supply
  • Manage label ordering, revisions, and supplier coordination to support production readiness
  • Audit and report raw material positioning at co-manufacturers (Comans) to ensure alignment with production schedules
  • Support the management and replenishment of Momentous-sourced materials, including tracking supplier performance and resolving discrepancies

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Provide reporting and data visibility to cross-functional partners (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure smooth go-to-market execution for new product launches
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain scalability

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably within CPG or consumer goods
  • Experience with ERP systems (Cin7 preferred) and working with 3PLs, suppliers, or manufacturers

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive operational improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with ERP/reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and logistics processes
