Position Summary:
The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and commercialization of high-profile brand partnerships with celebrities, athletes, podcasters, and other VIP collaborators. This role sits at the intersection of brand, business development, and marketing execution, translating talent partnerships into campaigns, content, and product opportunities that build brand equity, deepen consumer engagement, and drive revenue across channels. The Senior Manager serves as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication, flawless execution, and maximized ROI from every collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Development
- Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for VIP partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives
- Identify opportunities for collaboration that extend beyond awareness, including co-branded products, content series, events, and unique commercial activations
- Evaluate partnership performance against KPIs (brand lift, sales impact, engagement, earned media value)
Relationship & Partner Management
- Act as the day-to-day lead for celebrity, athlete, and creator partners, as well as their agents, managers, and PR reps
- Build trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring a best-in-class experience that fosters long-term advocacy
- Manage negotiations around deliverables, timelines, and creative expectations
Campaign Execution & Commercialization
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of partner activations (launch campaigns, social pushes, in-store promotions, event appearances, podcasts)
- Collaborate with sales, eCommerce, and retail teams to ensure VIP partnerships are commercialized effectively across channels (Amazon, DTC, wholesale)
- Oversee creative development and ensure partner content aligns with brand standards while feeling authentic to the collaborator’s voice
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with brand, growth, PR, and creative teams to integrate partnership activations into broader brand marketing campaigns
- Work closely with product, operations, and legal to bring co-branded products to market on time and within scope
- Provide senior leadership with regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities
Project & Budget Management
- Own budgets for special partnerships, tracking spend and ensuring ROI
- Maintain partnership calendars, trackers, and reporting tools to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or talent management, ideally within CPG, sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record managing high-visibility partnerships with talent and/or their representatives
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills; able to influence and build consensus with diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management capabilities; comfortable leading complex campaigns with multiple cross-functional inputs
- Commercial mindset with the ability to turn cultural capital into measurable business impact
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Workspace, CRM, project management platforms) and comfort with performance analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
