Position Summary:

Momentous is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships to serve as the senior steward of our most important external relationships, including elite athletes, experts, creators, and VIP collaborators. This is a high-touch, high-trust leadership role that blends white-glove relationship management, strategic partnership planning, and cross-functional execution.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, with a strategic dotted line to the Founder & CEO, this role acts as the connective tissue between Momentous leadership vision and best-in-class partner experiences. This is not a traditional sales or business development role. It is a premium relationship leadership position designed to make Momentous the easiest, most inspiring brand our partners work with.

Responsibilities: 

Tier 1 Partner Relationship Leadership

  • Own day-to-day relationship management for Momentous most strategic partners.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners and their teams, including agents, managers, and PR representatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, creative feedback, and evolving partner needs.
  • Establish consistent communication cadences to ensure partners feel informed, valued, and energized.

Strategic Partnership Planning and Growth

  • Develop annual and quarterly activation plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnership scope across campaigns, content, product integration, events, and retail.
  • Translate relationships into measurable outcomes, including brand lift, engagement, sales, and earned media.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution

  • Lead internal alignment across Brand, Creative, Social, Growth, eCommerce, Retail, PR, and Product teams.
  • Ensure deliverables, timelines, approvals, and expectations are clearly defined and flawlessly executed.
  • Act as the internal advocate for partners, providing context and clarity to drive high-quality, on-brand execution.

Founder and Executive Partnership Support

  • Work in close partnership with Founder Jeff Byers on high-level partner relationships and introductions.
  • Ensure seamless handoff from leadership vision to operational excellence.

Performance, Reporting, and Governance

  • Track and report on partnership performance against defined KPIs.
  • Deliver recap reports and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to support contracting, payments, usage rights, and FTC compliance.

  • Tier 1 relationships deepen year over year, with expanding scope and organic advocacy.
  • Internal teams experience clarity, efficiency, and alignment in partner activations.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, talent relations, client services, or brand marketing.
  • Proven success managing high-profile partners and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in wellness, CPG, sports, or premium consumer brands strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic judgment paired with operational excellence.
  • High EQ, executive presence, and calm problem-solving under pressure.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills (high EQ + executive presence).
  • Strong project leadership and ability to manage complex, cross-functional deliverables.
  • Ability to negotiate expectations, manage ambiguity, and resolve issues calmly.
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to guide brand-aligned content execution.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort reporting on ROI and performance metrics.
