Position Summary:
The Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator supports the execution of retail and wholesale order fulfillment, ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery across key accounts. This role plays a critical part in managing order processing, EDI workflows, 3PL coordination, and shipment tracking - helping ensure Momentous meets customer requirements and maintains strong retail partnerships.
Working closely with the Fulfillment Manager and cross-functional teams, the Coordinator provides day-to-day operational support, maintains visibility into order status, and proactively identifies risks that could impact on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of systems, logistics, and customer execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support order processing for an assigned group of retail accounts in Shopify (EDI/SPS Commerce and manual entry) ensuring alignment with customer POs, pricing and compliance requirements.
- Support adherence to routing guidelines provided by the Fulfillment Manager.
- Maintain retail trackers and provide visibility into order status, proactively flagging risks or discrepancies to support timely execution.
- Assist with EDI workflows for assigned accounts, including ASN preparation, validation, and transmission, and help troubleshoot errors or chargeback risks with internal teams and external partners.
- Support coordination with 3PL partners to drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance, including monitoring fulfillment progress, identifying delays or shortages, and escalating issues as needed.
- Help facilitate communication between internal teams (Sales, Operations and CX) and 3PLs to ensure accurate and efficient order execution.
- Assist with freight coordination for outbound retail shipments, including scheduling pickups, confirming routing compliance, and supporting inbound logistics as needed.
- Support invoicing activities for assigned customers, ensuring invoices align with shipped orders and POs, and assist with payment tracking and discrepancy resolution in partnership with AP.
- Maintain accurate product, order, and customer data across systems to support 3PL operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Assist the Fulfillment Managers with process improvements, system enhancements (e.g., Fulfil.io), and documentation to standardize workflows across retail accounts.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain operations, or order management (CPG, retail, or ecommerce experience preferred).
- Experience working with ERP, EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce), Shopify, or 3PL partners is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing orders, data, and documentation.
- Familiarity with order processing, EDI workflows, and retail compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working across multiple systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
