The Opportunity 

We're seeking a dynamic and growth-minded talent to join us in the role of Senior Recruiter to excel at actively sourcing and leading all recruiting processes for 'hard-to-find' talent and high-profile, impactful positions for the Momentum team. You'll play a key role in our team, collaborating closely with other incredible  and talented individuals. You'll contribute to understanding the intricacies of each position and take an innovative approach to sourcing, engaging, and landing the right candidate for our growing organization, while partnering closely with leaders across our corporate functions—Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT & Cybersecurity, Workplace Experience, Strategy & Operations, and Corporate Development, to name a few. 

As a full life-cycle recruiter, you will bring expertise in owning a limited yet high-touch requisition load, using a blend of data and technology to drive each search forward while keeping both the hiring manager and candidate engaged throughout the journey in a collaborative, innovative environment and be part of our mission to enable, accelerate, and empower our partners at Momentum companies, allowing them to deliver best-in-class solutions for their customers. About This Role at Momentum

As a Senior Recruiter on the People & Culture team, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for corporate functions. You will be responsible for building high-performing teams while continuously evolving Momentum's recruitment infrastructure.


Strategic Partnership & Advisory

  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align recruitment goals with Momentum’s broader mission and growth objectives.

  • Trusted Advisor: Build deep, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, offering market insights and diverse perspectives to drive informed, high-impact hiring decisions.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to proactively adjust strategies and navigate the talent market effectively.

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Advanced Sourcing: Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, and Handshake to engage high-caliber passive talent.

  • Employer Branding: Leverage social media and professional networking to showcase Momentum’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and position the company as a global talent destination.

  • Pipeline Management: Utilize data and insights to prioritize outreach, refine sourcing channels, and maintain a healthy pipeline for current and future needs.

Process Excellence & Candidate Experience

  • Process Design: Lead the development and enhancement of recruitment workflows for corporate functions, balancing structured efficiency with the agility needed for a fast-paced environment.

  • Interview Strategy: Collaborate with managers to create customized, consistent selection processes that ensure rigorous assessment and a seamless, white-glove candidate experience.

  • Standard Setting: Define and uphold the benchmark for "what good looks like" at Momentum, ensuring all processes reflect our high standards for quality and integrity.

Operational Leadership

  • Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to forecast future hiring needs and prepare scalable processes for long-term organizational success.

  • Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

  • Autonomous Execution: Navigate ambiguity with confidence, proactively shaping strategies and solving complex hiring challenges with minimal supervision.

In this role, the Senior Recruiter will act as a "bar raiser," setting a high standard for talent across Momentum. Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

  • Functional Expertise: Proven track record recruiting for corporate functions (Finance, Legal, IT, HR) across all levels, from early-career to executive leadership.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Expert-level skills in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter; leveraging AI and tools like SeekOut and HireEZ to source high quality, passive talent a plus

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience acting as a strategic partner and advisor to Director-level and executive stakeholders.

  • Operational Agility: Ability to thrive in high-growth or start-up environments, comfortably navigating ambiguity and managing multiple high-priority requisitions.

  • Core Competencies: Strong critical thinking, exceptional interpersonal communication, and a detail-oriented approach to building high-performing organizations.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
