The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic and growth-minded talent to join us in the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to drive critical recruitment initiatives across both corporate and leadership functions. This role strikes the perfect balance between hands-on execution and strategic impact, and is ideal for a senior recruiter ready to expand their influence across the talent function. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design and execute innovative hiring strategies, manage complex requisitions, and in shaping our evolving talent acquisition framework. You will work across a variety of domains—from Finance, Legal, and IT to executive-level GTM roles—and will be instrumental in building Momentum's brand as a top-tier talent destination. About This Role at Momentum
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead on our Talent Solutions team at Momentum, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your overall responsibilities might look like:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for a curated portfolio of high-impact, high-visibility roles across our operating entities—including executive, senior-level, and corporate function positions—delivering top-tier talent that propels strategic growth and long-term success.
- Strategically partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, build tailored sourcing strategies, and guide hiring decisions that align with long-term objectives.
- Lead proactive sourcing initiatives across all professional and leadership levels—including executive roles—by leveraging industry networks, market research, and cutting-edge tools to identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent aligned with Momentum's culture, leadership expectations, and future business needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, including resume analysis, behavioral interviews, and competency-based assessments, to ensure alignment with role expectations and cultural fit.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through offer, ensuring thoughtful, timely, and transparent communication at every step of the journey at every stage—while adapting to the unique hiring needs and nuances of each role.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance and evolve recruitment processes, shaping scalable frameworks like scorecards, intake strategies, and interview best practices that drive smarter hiring.
- Build and maintain high-caliber talent pipelines to meet both current and future needs, leveraging data insights to prioritize outreach and maximize engagement with passive and active candidates.
- Advise business leaders on market intelligence, including talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights, to support strategic workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Be a brand ambassador of the Momentum ecosystem, elevating our employer value proposition across recruiting channels, candidate conversations, and talent communities.
- Champion compliance and inclusion, ensuring all recruitment practices uphold labor laws, promote equity, and reflect our commitment to building diverse, high-performing teams.
- Optimize recruiting infrastructure by identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and overall hiring effectiveness while still raising the bar for talent quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for third-party recruitment partners, managing relationships, communication, and coordination to ensure their efforts align seamlessly with internal hiring goals, timelines, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's degree ideally in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage high-touch, high-impact searches independently, delivering exceptional results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Expert-level sourcing skills, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, and Greenhouse to uncover and engage top-tier talent.
- Trusted partner to senior leaders, with experience advising stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions at the executive level.
- Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker, bringing strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to complex recruiting challenges.
- Background in high-growth, fast-paced environments, such as holding companies or startups, where adaptability and innovation are key to success.
- Experience with executive search methodologies, whether in-house or via agency, with a clear understanding of senior-level hiring dynamics.
- Familiarity with structured interviewing and leadership assessments such as Hogan, DISC, or other psychometric tools.
- Industry expertise in tech, media, or professional services, with the ability to tailor recruiting strategies to meet nuanced, domain-specific needs.
- Can handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and remaining agile.
When considering experience for this role, we typically find a great fit with candidates who have a minimum of 6 years of relevant progressive talent acquisition experience, and a strong track record of full-cycle recruiting for both corporate functions and senior leadership roles. Additionally, experience in a holding company and/or in a start-up environment is a definite plus

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
