The Opportunity
We’re looking for a thoughtful and driven Corporate Strategy Lead to join our growing team. This role is a trusted partner to senior executives, helping communicate the strategic direction and narrative of the business. You’ll bring the structured problem-solving and storytelling toolkit honed in consulting to drive clarity, alignment, and decision-making at the highest levels of the company. This position offers exec-level visibility, cross-functional influence, and a unique opportunity to apply a consulting skillset in a fast-growing, high-impact operating environment.

About This Role at Momentum
As a Corporate Strategy Lead on our Strategy & Operations team at Momentum, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your overall responsibilities might look like:
- Structure complex problems and distill insights into clear, actionable frameworks and strategic narratives
- Shape executive, investor-facing, and leadership presentations — delivering compelling storylines and defect-free decks that drive alignment
- Prepare high-impact talking points, scripts, and presentations for senior leadership moments and company-wide events
- Support strategic planning and alignment cycles, translating priorities into digestible frameworks and progress reports
- Develop themes, OKR alignment guides, and strategic toolkits to scale clarity and consistency across the organization
- Create reusable templates, messaging guides, and playbooks to improve efficiency and narrative cohesion
- Partner closely with Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, and HR to ensure integrated messaging and aligned priorities
- Facilitate change management communications that foster clarity, transparency, and adoption across teams
- Proactively gather feedback and insights to refine narratives and strengthen communication strategie
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- 2+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) strongly preferred; experience in corporate strategy or a high-growth operating environment is a plus
- Exceptional ability to structure complex problems and distill them into executive-ready frameworks, storylines, and presentations
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a natural orientation toward systems and structure
- Comfortable working directly with executives, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity with confidence
- Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and limited playbooks
- Located in or willing to relocate to Dallas, with the ability to work in-office four days per week as part of a collaborative, high-engagement team shaping Momentum’s strategic future

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
