We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to join us in the role of MBA Full Time Associate - Business Transformation. You’ll play a key role on our Business Transformation team, leading process re-designs, AI-enabled workflows, and productivity solutions across the company.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based at our Dallas headquarters (The Link, 2601 Olive Street). Join a team where talented people, data-driven insights, and continuous innovation come together to shape the future of digital commerce.

What You'll Do

Your work will draw from areas like:

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve business processes across corporate functions.
  • Designing and prototyping AI-driven workflows that reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
  • Mapping current-state processes and designing future-state workflows that improve scalability and user experience.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Supporting the implementation, testing, and rollout of AI and automation initiatives.
  • Developing documentation, training materials, and change management resources to support successful adoption.
  • Measuring the impact of transformation initiatives through process metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Working cross-functionally with leaders across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, and Portfolio Companies to drive implementation.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Will graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 from a full time MBA program
  • Has hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to solve real business problems and naturally incorporates AI into their daily workflow while staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and training.
  • Has approximately 2+ years of relevant full time experience
  • Thinks systematically and can break down complex workflows into scalable, efficient processes.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can effectively prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas and work full-time, onsite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or deploying AI tools, LLM applications, automation platforms, or workflow solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, UiPath, or similar technologies).
  • Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, management consulting, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with process mapping methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks).
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives or organizational change.
  • Proficiency with Excel and experience using data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
