Position Overview

We’re looking for an Upsell Recovery Agent to join our Upsell team supporting FlightHub. In this role, you will review, process, and record customer upsell requests with precision. Your responsibilities will include managing seat and baggage requests, accurately recording data, and maintaining compliance with security regulations. This role is perfect for someone with experience in ticketing or order fulfillment who is passionate about the travel industry and driven to improve processes. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review & Process: Process customer requests, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Passenger & Upsell Details: Validate passenger information, seat and baggage details, and ticket data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Booking Management: Work in both Airlines and GDS's, update upsell records, and maintain accurate and secure data in internal systems.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Log all actions taken in tracking databases, maintaining precise records for future reference.
  • Data Security: Uphold data confidentiality by following company policies and adhering to industry regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the company in our goal to provide accurate and efficient customer resolutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in workflows and recommend enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date on airline policies and internal procedures. Seek training opportunities to continuously develop your technical skills.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in GDS operations, an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Travel, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a travel-related support role, call center preferred (12 -24 months).
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and the use of office applications and CRM tools.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a professional attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with sensitive information.
  • Adaptable and organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Dependable, positive, and eager to grow in the travel industry.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
