Position Overview
As a Travel Assist Operator is part of the Service Department, supporting customers who have already booked their flights by handling inbound voice calls and live chat related to post-booking requests (changes, cancellations, and general questions). The role focuses on clear communication, accuracy, and following defined workflows. No GDS or airline reservation systems are used or required for this role.

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Handle inbound customer interactions through phone and chat
• Support post-booking requests such as itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel questions
• Communicate options clearly and professionally in English
• Follow step-by-step processes to resolve or route cases correctly
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when required
• Maintain service quality standards across both channels (voice + chat)

What You Bring: 

• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable working on both voice and chat throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills (typing, navigating multiple screens)
• Ability to follow structured instructions and stay calm under pressure
• Customer service/call center experience is a plus, not required
• Interest in travel is a plus, not required
