Position Overview

We are looking for a QA Analyst – Product Quality to join our Product & Technology team.

This role goes beyond executing predefined test cases. You’ll be responsible for understanding how the product should work, identifying risks and missing business rules, and building effective testing strategies to ensure features and releases are reliable and ready for customers.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to test the full customer journey across UI, APIs, backend integrations, payments, data, and analytics.

What You'll Be Doing: 

• • Review requirements, identify missing business rules, edge cases, and unclear expected behavior.
  • Build risk-based testing strategies focused on customer impact, booking flows, payments, revenue, and data accuracy.
  • Perform functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across desktop and mobile web.
  • Validate UI, APIs, backend integrations, analytics, feature flags, and third-party integrations.
  • Test API endpoints, responses, and error handling using Postman or similar tools.
  • Identify, investigate, prioritize, and document defects using Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Assess defect severity, production risks, and overall release readiness.
  • Work independently to identify what needs to be tested without relying on predefined scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Use black-box automation to improve test coverage. Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is strongly preferred.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate test planning and analysis while validating the results.

What You Bring:

• • 2+ years of experience in QA, Software Testing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and risk-based testing.
  • Experience testing web applications across browsers and devices.
  • Strong experience with manual, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
  • Hands-on API testing experience, preferably with Postman.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and identify risks, gaps, and edge cases independently.
  • Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation tools is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
