Specialist, Business Process Transformation

GENERAL FUNCTION

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Specialist, Business Process Transformation to support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and performance. This role will analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to implementing impactful solutions.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate interviews and assist with facilitating kaizen sessions to gather stakeholder feedback and operational challenges.
  • Support the Business Process Transformation Team in conducting current state analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and pain points
  • Assist in applying Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Partner with team members and stakeholders to support the documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other process materials; support the implementation of agreed-upon solutions
  • Document metrics to monitor process performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Enterprise Change Management to ensure effective adoption and usage of new processes
  • Research emerging trends and tools in process optimization and automation.

EDUCATION

  •  Bachelor's degree in business or operations management is required

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations with a proven track record of driving successful business outcomes
  • Experience in supporting the execution of process improvement initiatives that drive business growth, improved productivity and enhanced customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated learning agility and passion for taking on new challenges
  • Experience in Financial Services, Consulting or Retail is desirable
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis tools; experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus
  • Knowledge of process mapping, value-stream analysis, or similar methodologies

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
