GENERAL FUNCTION 

We are looking for a proactive and driven Senior Coordinator, Product Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team.  Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager (PMM), this role, will work closely with the Product team to uncover key growth opportunities and design strategic marketing campaigns that drive revenue for the company’s products and services.  This role will craft clear, impactful marketing briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless campaign execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and has a knack for problem-solving.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Marketing and Campaign Execution

  • Support the PMM in planning and executing measurable marketing campaigns and offers that meet business objectives, drive product growth, and deepen customer relationships
  • Take ownership of smaller Go-To-Market initiatives – learning the ropes of launch strategy, refining positioning and segmentation, and leading execution across teams and touchpoints.
  • Communicate with external agencies to follow up on deliverables
  • Use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and refine marketing strategies - translating analytics into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Effectively support the PMM with managing multiple products across teams, balancing priorities and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain product-specific collateral ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the latest product developments.

Marketing Channel Coordination:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME’s) across email, short message service (SMS), retail merchandising, and digital channels to build strategic and holistic campaigns that drive product revenue and customer engagement.
  • Partner closely with creative and content teams to bring strategies to life, ensuring all marketing assets align with brand guidelines and resonate with our customer.
  • Leverage insights from channel owners to analyze campaign performance, uncover opportunities, and continuously refine our marketing approach for even greater impact.
  • Develop clear marketing briefs and Retail Communications to support promotional efforts and enhance customer engagement and retention.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a coordinator across Marketing, Product, Retail, Legal & Compliance teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and business objectives
  • Research Market and Competitor ecosystems (including news media, and the government)
  • Support the PMM by developing insightful presentations and reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and product marketing strategies to guide decision-making.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a product marketing, campaign execution role or a similar dynamic role
  • Deep understanding of email, SMS, and digital marketing channels, with a keen eye for crafting data-driven campaigns. Retail merchandising experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in launching and promoting complex products or services in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Experience in a marketing role within the financial services, retail, or other consumer-facing industries is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Google analytics, Hubspot, and data reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
