The Job: Business Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp and curious Business Analyst to join our team. If you love turning complex problems into clear solutions and enjoy working with people just as much as processes, this might be the role for you. You’ll play a key part in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping drive projects that make a real impact across the organization. Let’s build something great together.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dig into the Details: Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide technical teams and project partners.
  • Drive Better Processes: Analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and help design smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Connect the Dots: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure everyone’s on the same page—and moving in the same direction.
  • Keep the Docs Tight: Create and maintain thorough documentation like user stories, process maps, and functional requirements that keep projects running smoothly.
  • Bring the Numbers to Life: Use data to track trends, measure project success, and support smart business decisions.
  • Test & Tweak: Help develop and run user acceptance tests to make sure solutions meet expectations and deliver real value.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • A Problem-Solver’s Mindset: You love diving into challenges, asking the right questions, and delivering practical solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can explain technical details to business folks and business goals to technical teams—clearly, concisely, and confidently.
  • Business Analysis Know-How: You’ve got experience with process modeling, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and supporting projects from start to finish.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Power BI—and always eager to learn more.
  • A Collaborative Spirit: You’re a team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Financial Services Background: Bonus if you know the industry—its products, systems, and compliance needs.

Education + Experience:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Business Analyst certification (CBAP or similar) is a plus

Ready to make an impact? If you’re excited to bring your skills to a company that’s changing the game, we’d love to have you onboard. Apply today and let’s build the future of MFSG, together!
