The Job: Treasury Analyst
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring accurate and timely cash delivery to stores, resolving armored car and bank access issues, and supporting Treasury operations with accurate reporting and analysis. You’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining mentorship to become a well-rounded Treasury professional while contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our back-office processes.
What You’ll Do
Keep Store Operations Running Smoothly:
- Monitor and process retail cash orders for Canadian and U.S. stores.
- Resolve cash ordering, delivery service, and bank fulfillment issues quickly and efficiently.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for store cash ordering and cash delivery logistics.
Support Treasury Operations:
- Prepare the daily cash position for both U.S. and Canadian operations.
- Assist in the short- and long-term cash forecasting process.
- Monitor payment processes to identify issues between the Treasury Workstation (Kyriba) and banks, escalating exceptions as needed.
Administer Banking Access:
- Manage store access to bank portals.
- Provide backup support for wire and EFT approvals as needed.
Maintain Accuracy & Compliance:
- Assist with accounting reconciliation items
- Maintain Treasury policies and controls.
- Partner with Accounting and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Deliver Timely Reporting:

Generate reports that provide senior management with accurate, meaningful operational insights.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Problem-solving mindset—creative, disciplined, and resourceful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Education + Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 3–5 years of store or management experience, or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in treasury, banking, or cash management is an asset
