  • Discovery Research: Lead early-stage discovery for new products and features, delivering insights to shape MVP scoping and development

  • Research Design & Execution: Develop research plans, screeners, scripts, and guides while applying the right methods (interviews, surveys, diary studies, usability testing, A/B test support)

  • Synthesis & Insights: Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and design

  • Collaboration: Work side-by-side with UX designers, product managers, and analysts to activate insights and improve customer experiences

  • Evangelize Customer Voice: Champion customer needs throughout the development lifecycle, especially during MVP iterations and roadmap planning

  • Insight Sharing: Present findings through workshops, reports, and walkthroughs to align teams and drive action

  • Research Infrastructure: Help standardize processes, templates, and build a growing repository of insights to support teams and avoid duplication

  • External Tools & Partners: Leverage research platforms (UserTesting, Maze, Ethnio, etc.) to scale capabilities when needed

  • Measurement & Validation: Partner with analytics teams to triangulate qualitative and quantitative insights, supporting experiments and optimization

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 3–5 years of experience in UX or product research roles within agile digital product environments

  • Familiarity with design thinking, agile/scrum methodologies, and product development cycles

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or retail preferred

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field preferred
