The Job: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

We’re looking for a performance-driven Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead post-click optimization and owned channel conversion for our consumer lending products in the U.S. market. Reporting into the marketing team, this role serves as the strategic bridge between acquisition campaigns, digital product experiences, and CRM—ensuring that awareness and interest ultimately turn into completed applications and customer onboarding.

You will work across product, UX, CRM, and analytics teams to remove friction, increase engagement, and drive signups—especially through owned and organic channels such as SEO, SMS, push, and email.

What You’ll Do

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Lead the strategy and execution for improving conversion funnels including page flows, form optimization, and behavioral triggers.

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, modals, lead-gen flows, and prequalification journeys.

  • Identify customer drop-off points with analysts and UX and implement changes that increase completion rates.

Owned & Organic Channel Growth:

  • Drive acquisition performance from non-paid channels including email, SMS, push notifications, app messaging, and homepage merchandising.

  • Partner with CRM and content teams to design and deliver integrated lifecycle campaigns.

  • Support SEO strategy for key landing pages to grow qualified organic traffic.

Prequalification and Lead Gen Journey Management:

  • Own the end-to-end digital experience for prequalification and lead generation flows.

  • Manage communications for lead nurturing and abandoned application journeys in collaboration with lifecycle marketing.

Marketing-Product Integration:

  • Align digital product experiences with paid campaign traffic; ensure strong messaging continuity after the click.

  • Define and support product-driven acquisition tactics like embedded promos, app store messaging, and referral programs.

  • Guide in-app and on-site experiences to support marketing goals.

Reporting & Insight Activation:

  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze the full journey from ad click to completed application.

  • Collaborate with analytics to identify attribution opportunities across multi-touch owned channels.

  • Use insights to inform future pod planning, campaign development, and audience segmentation.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Deep experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and conversion optimization.

  • Proven success with owned and organic channels like email, SMS, push, and SEO.

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. market and consumer acquisition strategies, particularly in financial services or lending.

  • Ability to run A/B tests and interpret results to continuously improve user experiences.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, product, analytics, and content.

  • Skilled in reporting and using data to make decisions that move key metrics.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and attention to detail.

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Braze, Hubspot, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.

  • Strong knowledge of user flows, lead funnels, lifecycle marketing, and CRO techniques.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
