The Job: Senior Manager, Retail Sales Enablement & Strategy

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Retail Sales Enablement & Strategy to partner with retail leadership and drive sales performance across North America. This role combines strategy and execution—translating business priorities into practical, frontline-ready solutions that improve conversion, productivity, and overall retail effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive targeted frontline behaviors and improve performance
  • Translate business priorities into scalable execution plans for retail environments
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance effectiveness

Enablement Content & Communication

  • Create high-quality enablement materials such as playbooks, toolkits, and field communications
  • Simplify and optimize cross-functional messaging to ensure clarity and adoption at the frontline
  • Ensure all materials are practical, actionable, and aligned with retail realities

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze sales performance, adoption metrics, and frontline behaviors to identify trends and gaps
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion and engagement
  • Monitor retail trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy

Cross-Functional Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead or support retail-facing components of cross-functional initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Training teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Identify risks, friction points, and opportunities to simplify execution in-store

Retail Advocacy & Omni-Channel Integration

  • Represent the voice of the frontline in enterprise discussions and decision-making
  • Support integration of retail into the broader omni-channel customer experience
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Strong experience in retail sales, sales enablement, or retail strategy
  • Proven ability to drive behavior change through structured enablement programs
  • Deep understanding of retail environments and frontline execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen with a balance of strategic thinking and execution

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in retail sales, enablement, or strategy roles
  • Experience supporting frontline performance within a sales organization
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment

Please note:

The salary range for this position is between C$ 110,000 to C$ 130,000.
