Position Overview

momoGood is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to help execute growth marketing programs that educate, engage, and convert customers and prospects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, curious, technically comfortable, and interested in campaign execution, content, AI-assisted workflows, SEO/LLM optimization, nurture programs, and prospect engagement.

The Growth Marketing Associate will help turn marketing strategy into repeatable campaigns, workflows, digital assets, and engagement programs. This role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure to modern growth marketing and enjoys working across content, systems, execution, reporting, and optimization.

The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and energized by the intersection of marketing, technology, AI, content, and execution. They are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, learning new tools, asking thoughtful questions, organizing complexity, and helping a lean team turn ideas into repeatable systems.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Execution and Growth Programs

  • Execute campaigns across email, text, content, webinars, events, web, partner activity, and sales enablement.
  • Organize campaign briefs, timelines, audiences, assets, landing pages, follow-up steps, and internal handoffs.
  • Build, launch, document, and communicate campaigns with marketing leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Help create repeatable workflows that can be adapted across audiences, solutions, sectors, and lifecycle stages.

Nurture, Segmentation, and Sales Follow-Up

  • Build and improve nurture flows for prospects, customers, event attendees, webinar registrants, content downloaders, and partner referrals.
  • Organize journey logic, audience triggers, email sequences, content offers, and sales handoff points.
  • Prepare, clean, segment, and manage audience lists for campaigns and engagement programs.
  • Monitor prospect and account engagement, then surface meaningful activity to marketing and sales.
  • Support signal-based follow-up after webinars, events, content engagement, forms, website activity, and digital tool interactions.

SEO, LLM Optimization, and Connected Content

  • Support momoGood’s SEO and LLM strategy through structured content across website pages, resources, glossaries, use cases, solution pages, and digital assets.
  • Help execute information architecture plans across event fundraising, text fundraising, modern giving, donor engagement, workplace giving, and related topics.
  • Support content briefs, metadata, page structure, internal links, FAQs, glossary entries, and LLM-friendly reference content.
  • Turn customer questions, sales conversations, product themes, and market concepts into connected content assets.

AI-Assisted Digital Asset Development

  • Create, test, and refine AI-assisted prompts, workflows, and content requests for customer- and prospect-facing resources.
  • Translate campaign themes, customer pain points, and sales questions into checklists, guides, assessments, landing page concepts, email sequences, enablement materials, and interactive tool concepts.
  • QA AI-assisted outputs for clarity, accuracy, brand alignment, usefulness, consistency, and audience fit.
  • Maintain a library of reusable prompts, campaign frameworks, digital asset concepts, and approved resources.

Testing, Reporting, and Optimization

  • Support campaign testing across messaging, CTAs, landing pages, forms, audiences, offers, timing, content formats, and follow-up.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, engagement summaries, and performance reviews.
  • Document test results, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaigns, content, workflows, and digital assets.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign execution, sales development, SEO/content marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging by audience and channel.
  • Comfortable working with audience lists, campaign calendars, workflow documentation, content plans, prompt libraries, and performance data.
  • Interest in growth marketing, AI-assisted workflows, SEO/LLM optimization, testing, analytics, marketing technology, and digital asset development.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, clarify next steps, and follow through on deadlines.
  • Comfort learning and using marketing, CRM, automation, analytics, website, SEO, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Webflow, WordPress, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, or similar platforms is helpful.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit technology, fundraising, events, marketing services, or growth-stage companies is a plus.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Campaigns launch consistently and well organized.
  • Nurture flows, audience segments, and engagement paths are documented.
  • SEO/LLM content plans are executed consistently across relevant topics, pages, and digital assets.
  • AI-assisted prompts, workflows, and digital assets become useful customer- and prospect-facing resources.
  • Prospect engagement signals and sales follow-up are easier for marketing and sales to act on.
  • Campaign tests, reporting, and learnings improve future execution.
