VP of Marketing

Remote - Plano, Texas, United States

At momoGood, we’re rethinking how giving works - and who it’s built for. We're making it easier for people to engage, give, and see the impact they create over time.

momoGood is the AI native platform redefining modern giving. We power the connections that drive global good. By uniting fundraising, messaging, and workplace giving, we help nonprofits, companies, political organizations, and the donors who support them turn frictionless giving into lasting engagement.

Our platform has helped raised more than $1.7 billion worldwide.

We hire deliberately, and we seek builders with heart - people as energized by the craft of innovating as they are by the impact it creates. That means we’re not just growing a company; we’re building a team, culture, and operating model designed for what comes next.

Position Overview

The VP, Growth & Revenue Marketing will play a pivotal role in helping shape the next chapter of momoGood's growth. This individual will lead the evolution of our go-to-market strategy by strengthening our market positioning, refining our messaging, improving our digital customer experience, accelerating demand generation, and building a modern revenue marketing engine that directly supports our sales organization and long-term growth objectives. Working across product marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, sales enablement, marketing analytics, and AI-powered workflows, this role will help transform the combination of Tatango, Givergy, and momoGood into one clear and compelling customer experience.

Success in this role requires an individual who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically, with a constant focus on measurably business outcomes. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, analytical problem solver, and hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and opportunities emerge quickly. They understand how modern B2B SaaS marketing contributes directly to revenue growth and are excited to collaborate across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, Data, and Executive Leadership to build scalable programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.

Why This Role Exists Now:

As momoGood continues integrating the strengths of Tatango, Givergy, and our broader platform vision, this leader will help determine what should be preserved, what should be reimagined, and what should be built entirely new. They will have the opportunity to influence not only our marketing strategy, but also how our company communicates its vision, engages prospective customers, and scales for the future. For someone who enjoys creating clarity from complexity and building systems that drive sustainable growth, this is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

This is not a traditional marketing leadership position. It is not a brand-only role, nor is it a role centered around managing agencies, budgets, or large teams. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building. Someone who still finds energy in writing compelling messaging, launching campaigns, optimizing websites and landing pages, analyzing funnel performance, creating sales enablement materials, developing customer engagement programs, and leveraging AI to move faster and smarter. The ideal candidate is energized by solving complex problems, thrives in environments where priorities evolve quickly, and is excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Own:

  • Build and maintain high-quality marketing assets, including campaign briefs, website content, landing pages, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, customer stories, presentations, webinars, case studies, and other customer-facing content.
  • Continuously improve momoGood's digital customer experience by optimizing website messaging, conversion paths, landing pages, calls to action, product demonstrations, and campaign-specific user journeys to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Build scalable lifecycle marketing programs that support onboarding, customer engagement, product adoption, customer education, renewal, expansion, advocacy, and long-term customer success.
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support the full breadth of the momoGood platform, including workplace giving, volunteering, nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, events, auctions, messaging, and future platform capabilities.

  • Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, campaign alignment, follow-up processes, objection handling, sales messaging, customer proof points, and overall funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Operations, Data, and Executive Leadership to translate product innovation, customer feedback, and market opportunities into impactful marketing programs, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Establish a disciplined, data-driven marketing operating cadence through meaningful reporting, attribution, funnel analytics, campaign measurement, pipeline analysis, marketing performance dashboards, and return-on-investment tracking.
  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI, and other modern marketing technologies to improve execution speed, marketing effectiveness, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.
  • Incorporate customer insights, competitive intelligence, market research, product knowledge, and win/loss analysis into ongoing messaging, campaign optimization, and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage external agencies, contractors, freelancers, and strategic partners while remaining personally engaged in the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Build repeatable processes, operating rhythms, and performance standards that establish a scalable, measurable, and revenue-focused marketing organization capable of supporting momoGood's long-term growth.
  • Champion operational excellence by documenting marketing processes, creating best practices, developing playbooks, and ensuring knowledge, learnings, and successful approaches are consistently captured, shared, and continuously improved across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, continuous learning, and innovation by embracing experimentation, measuring outcomes, and continuously refining marketing strategies based on data, customer feedback, and business results.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, revenue marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable business growth.
  • Proven success building and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, improve conversion, accelerate customer acquisition, and support long-term revenue growth.
  • Strong product marketing experience, including market positioning, messaging, value proposition development, ideal customer profile (ICP) definition, customer segmentation, buyer journey mapping, and competitive differentiation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products, technologies, and market opportunities into clear, compelling messaging for a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining highly engaged in execution. You enjoy building, testing, refining, and continuously improving your work rather than simply directing others.
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing disciplines, including demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, digital marketing, website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and sales enablement.
  • Experience using data to guide decision-making, establish priorities, measure performance, identify opportunities, and make sound business decisions, even when information is incomplete or evolving.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing technologies, including CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, website analytics, attribution reporting, campaign measurement, and marketing performance dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies responsibly to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, analysis, reporting, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-moving organizations where adaptability, resourcefulness, ownership, and sound judgment are essential to success.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Sound business judgment with the ability to thoughtfully balance customer experience, brand quality, execution speed, operational complexity, budget considerations, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Naturally curious, collaborative, and continuous in the pursuit of learning, with a bias toward experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful and motivated by the chance to influence the strategy, culture, and long-term growth of a rapidly evolving company.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within nonprofit technology, fundraising, events, auctions, workplace giving, donor engagement, political technology, associations, payments, or other vertical SaaS markets.
  • Experience integrating acquired products, repositioning brands, or helping organizations navigate periods of significant growth or transformation.
  • Experience working in AI-first organizations or leading the adoption of AI-enabled marketing practices and workflows.

We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
