About the Job
As a member of our valued paid media team, you will help implement key growth strategies, giving you direct exposure to our business decisions and the chance to build in-depth expertise in the Hong Kong finance sector.
The Associate Manager, Marketing will be responsible for:
- Lead end to end growth marketing strategies for your vertical/account to build awareness and drive sustained growth and/or reinforce SingSaver’s leadership for the product vertical(s)
- Maintaining a pulse on marketplace and user acquisition trends to ensure our marketing activities remain relevant to the consumer and we are constantly optimizing our efforts
- Develop and execute go to market strategies (including promotion and campaign planning) to acquire new customers and applications or purchases, including executing multiple campaigns upon receiving brief(s) from commercial team, and bringing them to life across all touchpoints across organic, paid and affiliate channels to achieve the best commercial results for SingSaver.
- Campaign Projections - Work with the BA to feedback on the growth drivers.
- Work closely with, commercial and product teams & otherkey teams and stakeholders, both locally and regionally, to ensure achievement of revenue targets for assigned vertical or products on a regular basis
- Manage all campaign & project timelines and provide regular reporting on performance, budget spend and ROI.
- Brief & collaborate with content and creative teams and/or external agencies for development of advertising and copy, ensuring learnings and best practice are applied. Ensuring that the creative and communication is the best possible representation of the campaign lies with the Growth Marketing Manager.
- Manage overall project/campaign marketing budget and working with performance marketing team and/or agency. Review, feedback and escalate if the paid copy is not reflective of the campaign.
- Lead all advertising efforts, from upper to lower marketing funnel, including reviewing proposals plus negotiating with local publishers and media providers
- Creatory, Seedly, and other additional acquisition channels for your product vertical(s), optimizing to ensure they run cost efficiently and effectively
- Provide post campaign reports and analysis that identify insights, learnings and future recommendations.
- People Manager tasked with the responsibility to lead, guide and coach team members to drive strategies, execute on initiatives and campaigns effectively and efficiently, led by purposeful data and metrics
- Lead major campaigns for vertical and/or portfolio working with other marketing managers within the growth marketing team
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business or marketing
- 3+ years of marketing and campaign experience, including campaign management and digital media planning experience
- Experience in banking, ecommerce, fintech, finance, insurance or personal finance industries preferred
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at any one time to achieve the best performance
- Strong cross-functional project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
- Solid understanding of media mix, digital marketing and CRM concepts
- Strong analytic skills and understanding of digital ecosystems such as web analytics tools (Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (Facebook) and digital display marketing platforms (Google Ads)
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns to drive conversion and optimising towards campaign KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A relentless sense of responsibility and ownership in problem-solving
- The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment and process new information on the go
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Incredible people skills and flair for working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties
