The Manager, Creatory will drive growth of MoneyHero Group’s affiliate and creator ecosystem in Hong Kong. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial (P&L owner) and dotted to the Chief Commercial Officer for budget alignment, this role owns affiliate and creator acquisition, relationship management, and performance optimization. The role is central to scaling partner budgets into high-quality traffic, conversions, and issued revenue in the HK market.

The Manager, Creatory will be responsible for:

  • Affiliate & Creator Acquisition:
    • Recruit and onboard affiliates, publishers, creators, and KOLs to expand reach in Hong Kong.
    • Negotiate and structure agreements to secure budget allocations, ensuring profitability.

  • Partnership Management:
    • Build strong relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 affiliates and creators.
    • Monitor performance, renegotiate deals, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and CM%.

  • Performance Optimization:
    • Track issued/approved conversions, cancellations, and fraud rates.
    • Work with RevOps and Marketing to ensure accurate attribution and ROI tracking.
    • Use data insights to refine incentives, commission structures, and creative strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Marketing, Content/SEO, and Brand teams to develop co-branded campaigns and optimize landing experiences.
    • Coordinate with Rewards Fulfilment Ops to ensure timely payouts and fraud controls.

  • Market Expertise:
    • Stay ahead of affiliate and creator trends in Hong Kong.
    • Identify emerging channels and creators to diversify acquisition mix.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Proven affiliate/creator management experience (5+ years) in fintech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and budget capture skills.
  • Comfort with performance marketing metrics: CAC/LTV, approval/issuance, cancellation rates, cohort ROI.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (essential).
  • Analytical mindset; ability to derive insights from dashboards and RevOps data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with GMs, CRO, and COO teams
  • Comfortable using AI-driven tools and platforms for campaign optimization, affiliate tracking, content generation, and performance analysis.
  • Able to leverage AI/automation to improve conversion attribution, fraud detection, and partner ROI insights.
  • Familiarity with mainstream affiliate management platforms, analytics dashboards, and emerging creator-AI tools is a strong plus.

Success Metrics For This Role

  • Affiliate/Creator revenue contribution to HK P&L.
  • Growth in issued/approved volume (not just clicks/leads).
  • Budget secured from banking/insurance partners via affiliate/creator channels.
  • Partner NPS and retention.
  • Fraud/cancellation rate reduction.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

For unsuccessful candidates, we will retain the personal data provided during the application process for a period of two (2) years. This is to maintain accurate recruitment records, prevent duplicate applications, and to allow us to consider you for future opportunities that may match your profile. After this period, your data will be securely deleted from our systems. Should you wish to request the deletion of your data before the end of this retention period, you may contact us at legal-team@moneyherogroup.com.
