About the Job
The Associate, Customer Service (Insurance) will provide essential operational support to the Insurance Commercial Team. Responsibilities include managing insurance policies, coordinating renewals, handling client or customer inquiries, and Finance Teams. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed.
The Associate, Customer Service will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative and general support to the Commercial Team including but not limited to: system input, scanning, electronic data filing, mailing and policy issuance
- Manage insurance policies, endorsements, declarations to and from insurers and clients
- Manage the renewals process including preparing renewal notices, follow-ups (Emails, Calls), preparing quotation
- Handle clients / customers inquiries via email, chat, social media and voice channel and assist clients / customers with claims and policy services.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Team Coordinate with Finance Team for arranging payment to insurers and premium refund to client
- To assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
- Qualifications of IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
- Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, proactive and willing to take initiative
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Good to have:
- Candidates with immediate availability are highly preferred
- Qualifications HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Experience in general insurance customer service and/or policy servicing will be an advantage
