Senior Creative Designer (Traditional Chinese Required for Hong Kong Market)

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This is a fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. We will prioritize candidates who are based in Malaysia and do not require a work visa sponsorship.

About Us

MoneyHero Group (Nasdaq: MNY) is a market leading financial products platform in Greater Southeast Asia, reaching 9.8m monthly unique users and working with more than 270 commercial partners across four markets including Singapore, Hong Kong S.A.R., Philippines and Taiwan.

We are seeking a Creative Designer who lives at the intersection of high-end brand aesthetics and cutting-edge AI efficiency. You are a "creative technologist" who understands that in a fast-paced fintech environment, speed is a competitive advantage.

Your mission is to build a high-performance creative engine. You will shorten the distance between a brief and a winning campaign, combining Generative AI speed with data-driven design thinking to lower CPAs and increase CTRs.

YOUR TASK

1. AI-Powered Creative Ideation & Copywriting

  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc) to move from brainstorming to high-fidelity concepts in minutes.
  • Use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) to draft and refine short-form ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that align with visual designs, ensuring a cohesive message-to-market fit.
  • Create, update and enforce brand design standards, ensuring a consistent brand image across all channels and markets.
  • Ensure all creative outputs maintain high quality, consistency and alignment with briefs, brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Monitor design trends and industry best practices, including developments in AI-assisted creative and design workflows, recommending new approaches to keep brand output innovative, efficient and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to review campaign data weekly. You will not just 'launch and leave'; you will analyze which visuals drive conversions and iterate new variations (hooks, CTAs, colors) based on actual performance metrics.

2. Scalable Production & Automation

  • Asset Versioning & Resizing: Implement AI-driven workflows (e.g., Canva Magic Switch, Adobe Sensei) to instantly adapt a single Key Visual (KV) into multiple formats for social media, GDN banners, and EDMs.
  • Modular Design Systems: Build and maintain advanced Figma/Canva design systems and "Smart Templates" to create brand-compliant assets at scale.
  • End-to-End Workflow: Manage the campaign lifecycle from "Prompt-to-Publish," ensuring all outputs meet strict brand guidelines and financial compliance standards.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven background in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment.
  • AI Mastery: You must be a power user of the Generative AI Stack:
    • Visual: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific.ai (upscaling), or Runway etc
    • Productivity: Expert in Figma (Auto-layout/Components) and Canva (Magic Studio).
    • Copy: Proficiency in using AI for creative copywriting and prompt engineering.
  • Traditional Adobe Suite Expertise: Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator is non-negotiable; proficiency in creating thumb-stopping motion assets, whether through After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI video tools (Runway/Sora) is an advantage. Experience with CapCut/short-form editing for social is highly valued.
  • The "Efficiency" Mindset: You are obsessed with reducing "Time-to-Market." You look for ways to automate repetitive tasks like background removal, object expansion, and color grading.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to type in Traditional Chinese to support Hong Kong business is required. Cantonese proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools to support creative development, template creation, asset adaptation or workflow efficiency.
  • Strong experience building and managing design systems, templates and modular creative frameworks that enable scale, speed and localisation across markets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance creative. Don't just show us beautiful brands; show us high-volume ad variations, systematic design thinking, and examples of how you iterated on a winning concept.
  • Ability to create 'Mix-and-Match' asset libraries where headlines, background visuals, and product cards can be swapped instantly to create variations for testing.
  • Deep understanding of ad specs and best practices for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed), Google PMax (Landscape, Square, Vertical Video), and EDM design.
  • Resourceful, independent and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
  • Degree or Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fintech, banking or insurance is a plus.
