- Assist with invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion for each business case.
- Serve as a key support to the commercial team in managing deal contracts and related documentation.
Collaborative Review
- Work closely with Product Content and Marketing teams to ensure campaign timelines are met without compromising content quality.

- Proficiency in Traditional Chinese, with the ability to review and understand localized financial terminology, campaign messaging, and provider terms & conditions tailored for the Taiwan market.
- English proficiency to collaborate with regional product teams on CMS updates, adjustments, and issue resolution.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify inconsistencies and errors.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working within CMS platforms and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of financial products and related offers within a rewards-based program.
Good to Have
