About the Job

Money101 is on the hunt for a meticulous and detail-obsessed Commercial Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Commercial team. This role is mission-critical: ensuring that all listings and provider-related content published on our Money101 platform are accurate, compliant, and promotion-perfect. You'll work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to QA everything from provider T&Cs to promotional copy — basically, if it's going live, you're the last line of defense.

This is your chance to flex both your analytical eye and your love for consistency in a fast-paced digital environment. Think: part detective, part editor, part guardian of great user experience.

The Business Operations Executive will be responsible for:

Website Content Validation and Updates

  • Manage and maintain the main website CMS (Content Management System), ensuring timely and accurate publication, updates, and adjustments of providers’ information.
  • Cross-check published product content against original source materials, including product brochures, provider websites, and campaign briefs.
  • Ensure all content is accurate in Traditional Chinese and relevant to the Taiwan market.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on product listings and result pages, including provider terms & conditions, offers, and disclosures prior to publication.
  • Validate content accuracy and alignment with source materials provided by financial institutions and commercial partners.
  • Identify discrepancies and proactively flag potential compliance or regulatory risks.

Commercial Operations Management

  • Partner with Business Analysts (BA) to regularly update providers’ performance results in commercial and financial documents and dashboards.
  • Support budget accrual and re-accrual processes to ensure smooth financial and budgeting operations.
  • Assist with invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion for each business case.
  • Serve as a key support to the commercial team in managing deal contracts and related documentation.

Collaborative Review

  • Work closely with Product Content and Marketing teams to ensure campaign timelines are met without compromising content quality.
  • Support Commercial team members in interpreting terms & conditions and promotional mechanics to ensure accurate representation in listings.
  • Collaborate with BA to analyze commercial performance and CMS effectiveness, providing recommendations for business improvements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Log findings and maintain an error-tracking database to support continuous improvement and feedback loops.
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to CMS processes, tools, and templates.
  • Participate in retrospectives and review meetings to improve campaign and product launch execution and timelines.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • 2–3 years of experience in CMS management, quality assurance, content review, compliance, editorial operations, business operations, or a related role—preferably within a digital or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in Traditional Chinese, with the ability to review and understand localized financial terminology, campaign messaging, and provider terms & conditions tailored for the Taiwan market.
  • English proficiency to collaborate with regional product teams on CMS updates, adjustments, and issue resolution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify inconsistencies and errors.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort working within CMS platforms and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of financial products and related offers within a rewards-based program.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with financial products in the Taiwan market (e.g., credit cards, loans, bank accounts) is a strong advantage.
