About the Job
We are seeking a platform native performance marketing specialist who will be focused on executing profitable paid media campaigns. The specialist will be responsible for the end to end management of our paid media accounts in The Philippines for MoneyMax, primarily across the Google and Meta advertising platforms.
The Specialist we’re looking for is a practitioner who enjoys the process of account building, restructuring, profitable bid management and granular optimisation. With the expectation being you turn commercial objectives into high performing campaigns. Ensuring the investment made in each channel or campaign is focused on returns and every tactical change is backed by data.
The Specialist, Paid Marketing will be responsible for:
- Platform Management - Taking full ownership of daily operations within Google Ads, specifically Paid Search Marketing and Meta Ads Manager.
- Account Hygiene: Maintain meticulous account structures, ensure naming conventions, tracking parameters and campaign settings are flawless.
- Implementation: Build and launch campaigns from scratch, including keyword harvesting, audience segmentation is clear and budgets are set up with return in mind.
- Continuous Optimisation: Execute daily adjustments to bidding, budgets and targeting to drive maximum efficiency.
- Media Planning: Support the Senior Manager in the creation of the monthly media plans, forecasting performance based on historical benchmarks and commercial goals.
- Budget Management: Manage monthly pacing to ensure spend is utilised effectively without underspend or over-investment.
- Testing: Support Senior Manager in executing rigorous testing programmes to improve campaign performance and add learning to the market.
- Reporting: Produce clear, data led reports that explain the what and why focusing on technical levers and core numbers.
- Stay abreast of fintech and media platform trends, proactively communicating with your manager on evolving challenges and opportunities.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search) and Meta Business suite.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM for conversion tracking.
- A solid understanding of P&L impact and how marketing spend translates to growth.
- Strong quantitative and effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail across set ups, numbers; everything going out across platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in cross functional collaboration (E.G. with product, commercial, growth teams).
- Accountability, curious practitioner, succinct and technical.
