What You’ll Do

During a typical day, you will:

  • Deliver results aligned with store profitability goals
  • Provide a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all transactions
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions
  • Handle cash and accurately process transactions
  • Connect with customers regarding past-due balances and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Complete documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Follow all safety, security, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer experience
  • At least one year of experience in financial services, retail, telecom, or other customer-facing sales environments
  • Confidence handling cash and managing transactions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
