
Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the latest Precision Technology Systems sales, aftermarket technical support and installation of said systems.
Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000

Responsibilities
• Deliver heavy equipment demonstration experiences that are best-in-class, authentic, engaging, educational, and aligned with Monroe Tractor’s core values and culture.
• Support new and existing customers as a precision product expert.
• Provide a world-class machine delivery experience and welcome new and existing owners to the Monroe Tractor ownership journey.
• Be resourceful, explore your curiosity, and ask questions to seek customer centric solutions to problems.
• Connect with our customers on a deeper level, engaging in conversation to better understand who they are as individuals and what their company needs are and how to meet them.
• Coordinating and conducting training sessions on Precision Technology Systems for our employees and our customers.
• Working with Stores and manufacturers to resolve issues that arise with Precision Technology Systems.
• Provide technical service and installation of systems to vehicles and equipment.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure they run smoothly.
• Attend training classes and keep tabs on factory technical bulletins.
• Properly complete the service and or repairs necessary to keep customers machines operating.
• Make every effort to achieve the objectives set by management.
• Any other duties as outlined by service and/or branch management.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of various correction signals used in Precision Technology Systems preferred
• 2+ years of work experience in related Construction/Agriculture positions preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve customer conflicts
• Ability to communicate objectives, and feedback, and manage through influence
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to develop strong business relationships
• Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Clean driving record – background and drug testing required
