Product Support Representative - Outside Sales

The Product Support Representative (PSR) is an experienced OUTSIDE PARTS SALES representative in the heavy equipment industry. You will be required to establish long-lasting customer relationships, all while offering the customer parts and service support in order to make Monroe Tractor their one-stop shop for all their equipment needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude: an understanding of how machines work and can speak the language of technicians and operators
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned territory by visiting customers on-site, understanding their operations, and identifying opportunities for parts sales
  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with equipment owners, fleet managers, and service teams
  • Proactively identify and recommend parts and service solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, process orders, resolve product/customer concerns, and schedule timely deliveries
  • Track sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software
