A day in the life:
In the thrilling role of Chain Claims Lead, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our Claims Representatives hit the mark with precision, compliance, and top-notch audit standards! You'll take charge of overseeing outgoing payments and managing the dynamic funds set aside for our electrifying promotional activities. Get ready to lead with energy and make a powerful impact!
The impact you'll make:
- Review invoices and calculations to ensure accuracy, completeness of information, required documentation, proper coding, and full compliance with audit standards, along with handling ad hoc responsibilities.
- Verify that all outgoing payments are issued to the correct recipient in the correct amount, ensuring vendor and payer information aligns with records in SAP.
- Manage funding related to Chain Distributors, regularly communicating with the appropriate function to request updates, additions, and adjustments to accruals based on estimated and actual promotional costs, along with handling ad hoc responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to validate promotional billing expenses, working with Chain Distributor partners and others to secure necessary documentation and approvals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned Chain Distributor accounts, holding specialized knowledge of promotions, account managers, chain distributor-specific practices, and the best approaches for managing their accounts.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or another related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP.
- Computer Skills Desired: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, SharePoint. Experience in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and/or VIP-PPM is a plus. (Testing results required for alpha-numeric typing and Power-User Excel).
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$28 - $32 USD
