A Day in the Life:
The Impact You'll Make:
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet all health and safety standards. Conduct regular walkthroughs and facility inspections to assess building conditions and evaluate structural needs for repairs or renovations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for facility‑related projects and oversee contractor performance to ensure maintenance standards are met across all trades, including electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, roofing, and security.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual obligations, consistently evaluating service quality to uphold facility standards.
- Manage multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and daily operational activities, ensuring deadlines are met while developing, tracking, and executing plans to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
- Review utility consumption and develop cost‑reduction strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders; maintain accurate financial and non‑financial records.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Business Administration, Engineering, or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in multi-site and warehouse facilities
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in facilities management
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Preferred Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and meet the Company’s driving insurability requirements.
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Familiar with building codes and design principals of architectural, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and mechanical systems.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$82,500 - $98,000 USD
