Sr. HR Technology Product Lead
A Day in the Life:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Technology Product Lead to define the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement strategy for our HR technology ecosystem supporting a global workforce of approximately 7,000 employees.
This role will lead a portfolio of HR SaaS platforms and partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centered solutions across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HR systems, strong product management capabilities, and a track record of leading enterprise technology initiatives that improve user experience, operational effectiveness, and data quality.
The Impact You'll Make:

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for HR technology, including strategy, discovery, prioritization, implementation, release planning, and ongoing optimization.
- Define and maintain the HR technology roadmap aligned to business priorities, user needs, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Evaluate new capabilities, vendors, and integrations to improve scalability, automation, and employee experience.
Platform Ownership & Governance
- Serve as product owner for core HR platforms such as UKG, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar, along with the broader HR technology ecosystem.
- Oversee a portfolio of HR SaaS applications, ensuring systems are integrated, secure, compliant, and operating effectively.
- Establish and maintain governance for data quality, privacy, security, access, configuration standards, and global process consistency.
- Partner with IT and security teams to support audit readiness, controls, and risk management.
Delivery, Enhancements & Change Management
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, People Partners, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Lead cross-functional implementations, system enhancements, vendor releases, and upgrades using Agile or hybrid delivery methods.
- Manage demand intake, prioritization, testing, issue resolution, and release readiness.
- Drive organizational change management through stakeholder communications, training, adoption planning, and rollout support.
Employee Experience & Process Optimization
- Champion intuitive, efficient employee and manager experiences across HR systems.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for redesign, simplification, and automation across the employee lifecycle.
- Use feedback, user research, and adoption insights to continuously improve workflows, usability, and service delivery.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Partner with HR analytics and technical teams to enhance reporting, dashboards, integrations, and data models.
- Ensure HR technology enables accurate, timely, and compliant data for reporting, decision-making, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key product and operational metrics, including adoption, process efficiency, data quality, and support trends.
Stakeholder & Vendor Partnership
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align product priorities, resolve issues, and drive value realization.
- Communicate roadmap updates, risks, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, enterprise SaaS product management.
- Experience owning or leading a major HCM platform such as UKG, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
- Demonstrated success managing medium-to-large HR technology environments and multiple integrated systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance, and payroll.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives in complex stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience leading change management, process improvement, and enterprise solution adoption efforts.
- Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Experience supporting global HR operations and multi-region compliance requirements preferred.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$105,000 - $140,000 USD
