As Director, Large Store, you'll lead the charge in growing Monster Energy's business across Canada's most strategic retail accounts. You'll develop and execute bold channel strategies, uncover new opportunities, and inspire teams to push beyond expectations. Partnering closely with key customers and internal stakeholders, you'll drive distribution, accelerate sales growth, and expand Monster's footprint in the marketplace. - Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- 7+ years of experience in National Account sales, customer management, and business development.
- 7+ years of experience working with e-commerce business models, including industry trends, competitive landscape, distribution channels, customer acquisition, promotions, and product strategy.
- Digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills with experience in forecasting and sales performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience utilizing syndicated data sources and reporting tools, including Nielsen, IRI, inventory, and forecasting reports.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$132,750 - $177,000 CAD
