About Monster Energy:

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk takers, the trailblazers, the gamechangers. We're not perfect and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. Our drive is just like our athletes, unrivaled. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A Day in the Life:

In this role, you'll serve as the strategic link between Monster Energy, our distributor network, and key Foodservice and On Premise partners. A typical day includes analyzing channel performance and market trends, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and distributor teams to develop commercialization strategies, and ensuring key initiatives are effectively executed in the field. You'll lead channel planning discussions, build compelling selling stories and business cases, align stakeholders on priorities and KPIs, and work closely with National Sales leadership to drive volume, distribution, and market share growth. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while influencing cross-functional teams to bring Monster's brands to life across influential customer channels.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Own and drive the annual channel strategy and planning process, identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing growth opportunities while delivering scalable solutions across the Monster Energy system.
  • Lead the development, commercialization, and execution of channel-specific strategies, partnering with internal and external channel teams to integrate initiatives into distributor planning and execution tools.
  • Partner with Monster Energy and bottler/distributor stakeholders to build compelling proof-of-value cases and embed pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies into annual business plans.
  • Establish, align, and monitor key channel KPIs, developing scorecards and performance frameworks that drive accountability and accelerate growth.
  • Create impactful selling stories, presentation decks, and stewardship tools that enable successful sell-in, execution, and measurement of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage distributor incentive programs and channel investments, ensuring budgets are optimized and programs are effectively leveraged by field sales teams to maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze channel performance, market trends, customer insights, and field feedback to uncover short- and long-term commercialization opportunities that drive profitable growth.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives based on execution feasibility, resource capacity, and growth potential.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial teams and bottler/distributor partners to bring strategic brand priorities to market and secure incremental points of interruption that increase visibility and sales.
  • Support and help lead the annual customer planning process, facilitating key planning sessions and building customer-specific growth strategies that deliver portfolio, volume, and share objectives.
  • Partner with Brand and Category Management teams to develop category-driven selling stories, launch strategies, and customer-facing materials tailored to specific channels and retailers.
  • Act as a key commercial thought partner, connecting insights, strategy, and execution to unlock growth opportunities and strengthen Monster Energy's position across assigned channels.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), beverage, or related industries.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with retailers, distributors, or route-to-market organizations, with a strong understanding of sales execution and channel development.
  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and track annual business plans, translating strategic objectives into actionable growth initiatives and measurable results.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify future opportunities, and develop long-term growth strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with experience analyzing performance metrics, interpreting market insights, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create compelling business presentations and performance analyses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
