A Day in the Life:

In the position of QA Engineer II, you will be responsible for supporting and improving the Compliance and Quality Assurance (QA) processes across the region. This includes quality compliance auditing of suppliers and contract
manufacturers, investigations into consumer complaints and non-conformances, and supporting the QA Manager/Director in the management of the QA function.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Conduct scheduled Internal and External Quality / Food Safety Management System Audits as assigned. Manage the remediation process associated with each audit.
  • Provide QA leadership updates on assigned projects such as site risk assessments, environmental evaluations, water qualifications, and special projects assigned by management. Support site improvement projects as necessary.
  • Improve the Company Quality Management Systems.
  • Conduct investigations into consumer complaints and non-conformances.
  • Participate, support, and execute validation activities as necessary to support business needs.
  • Analyze data, interpreting data, and then reporting as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required in support of the running of the regional Quality department

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other relevant technical degree.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a technical position in a food/dietary supplement or Pharma manufacturer
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in a variety of testing
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Statistical Analysis software experience such as MiniTab/GraphPad preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications: HACCP, PCQI, Auditing preferred.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience in Food and Drug Administration regulated industries preferred.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$95,250 - $127,000 USD
