A Day in the Life:

In the position of Sr Mgr, Digital Commerce Marketing Technology , you will lead the marketing technology and media engine behind MEC's fastest-moving digital commerce channels, from TikTok Shop to Answer Engine Optimization/Generative Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) findability to MikMak-powered where-to-buy conversion. Own the strategy and execution to make products discoverable and shoppable across social commerce, answer engines, and retailer paths to purchase, tying every investment to measurable conversion. Lead digital marketing and media for the myCoke B2B platform, extending MEC's commercial reach into second tier and away-from-home channels.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Marketing Technology, Media & Findability: Own TikTok Shop Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) across all MEC brands, including assortment, pricing, promotion, creator and affiliate mechanics, and conversion, treating the platform as a discovery engine that pays for itself.
  • Marketing Technology, Media & Findability: Lead Answer Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategy to make MEC products the answer across Large Language Models (LLMs) and answer engines, tying share of search and share of answer directly to conversion outcomes.
  • Marketing Technology, Media & Findability: Own MikMak where-to-buy management and measurement, connecting media spend to retailer conversion and eliminating the checkout dead-ends that lose the sale.
  • Marketing Technology, Media & Findability: Direct media strategy and budget allocation across these emerging channels, funding the highest-converting findability plays and killing the ones that don't move the number
  •  myCoke B2B Marketing & Media: Own myCoke Business to Business (B2B) marketing and media strategy end to end, deepening engagement across second-tier and away-from-home commercial partners. Build and drive the myCoke B2B digital roadmap in partnership with CONA and Coke platform owners, aligning MEC priorities to the shared platform.
  • myCoke B2B Marketing & Media: Define and deliver the B2B funnel scorecard across findability, consideration, conversion, and loyalty, proving platform Return of Interest (ROI) with metrics field sales can act on. Own the B2B commercial marketing calendar and campaign execution, driving myCoke revenue goals through the platform.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional: Build and lead the team, and manage the vendor, agency, and creator-network partnerships that power both pillars, from the mar tech stack to measurement partners.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional: Serve as the cross-functional SME connecting brand, sales, the media Centers of Excellence (COE), IT, data management, and finance, and partner directly with the Sr. Director to translate enterprise digital commerce strategy into channel execution.

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Acumen, Digital Marketing Strategy, or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing 
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Digital Commerce, Omnichannel experience with a grocery Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand 
  • Computer Skills Desired: Experience in all Microsoft platforms, understanding use of LLMs for project based, understanding of digital media
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, B2B marketing media campaigns

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$101,250 - $135,000 USD
