A day in the life:

As a Key Account Manager, you will own and power the growth of Monster Beverage’s top strategic accounts. You’ll build and execute high-impact business plans designed to accelerate sales, expand presence, and win with our biggest partners. With a sharp focus on key accounts and national/regional channels, you’ll drive execution, strengthen partnerships, and ensure Monster’s commercial objectives are crushed across all major operations.
 

The impact you’ll make:

  • Responsible for the operational management of key national accounts, establishing long-term strategic partnerships. 
  • Formulate annual, quarterly business plans for clients based on the company’s business strategy and product policies.
  • Analyze client needs, provide customized solutions, explore potential collaboration opportunities, and drive the implementation of new products and projects. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners (regional sales teams, marketing, business planning, finance, supply chain, external suppliers, etc.), follow up and drive project progress to ensure efficient execution. 
  • Monitor and analyze client sales data, inventory turnover, etc., and adjust strategies in a timely manner to improve performance. Regularly prepare client business reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive information. 
  • Development of incentive campaigns with customers and partners. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Finance or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Key account management in fast-moving consumer goods industry (FMCG) industry (preference of food/beverages/alcoholic drinks or daily chemicals).
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in sales in retail, wholesaler, and distributor environment.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Basic English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) preferred. Familiar with the operational model of key account channels (focus of convenience stores or supermarket channel).
