A day in the life:

As a Senior Media Manager at Monster, you'll unleash your expertise to craft and execute powerful regional media strategies across both traditional and digital platforms, turbocharging our brand impact and maximizing marketing ROI. You'll ensure seamless media planning, buying, and optimization, while pioneering best practices and performance measurement across the vibrant and diverse Asian markets.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Develop Regional Media Strategy – Create integrated media plans for company brands across Asia, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market nuances.
  • Media Buying & Optimization – Oversee planning and buying across digital (TikTok/Douyin, YouTube, Meta, Meitu, Weibo) and traditional channels (TV, OOH), driving cost efficiency, optimization, and performance.
  • Agency & Vendor Management – Select, negotiate, and manage media agencies and vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and ROI.
  • Performance Measurement – Implement tools and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Capability Building – Train local teams on media best practices principles and emerging trends to strengthen in market execution.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications or related field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in communications, or media, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or media/advertising agencies.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a beverage, Consumer Packages Goods (CPG) lifestyle brand.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus.
