A Day in the Life:
Step into the Office Manager role and bring the full-throttle energy. You’ll power the team with rock-solid administrative support, keeping everything running smooth, sharp, and unstoppable. From handling the day-to-day grind to owning critical office operations, you’ll do it all with confidence, edge, and precision. Every interaction, every task—you’ll deliver top-tier professionalism with a bold, can-do attitude that amps up the entire organization’s vibe.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and/or referring to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports special projects and other documents in support of departmental operations and objectives.
- Assist with general administrative activities such as arranging travel, accommodations, logistics and catering for internal meetings on a cost-efficient basis, managing all travel bookings for South Korea staff via Concur.
- Arrange couriers both locally and internationally, assisting with IT issues before escalating to headquarters.
- Monitor office supplies and order new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required, order and maintain office supplies and oversee clerical tasks such as sorting, making copies, filing, scheduling meetings, sending invites and sending mail.
- Generate expense accruals from Concur and distribute to finance team. Update and submit employee database to HR highlighting any changes.
- Manage warehouse storage of premiums and merchandise and manage logistics of event collateral.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration or related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in administrative work.
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, Visio, Concur.
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: English proficiency is preferred.
