A Day in the Life:
In the position of Assistant Digital Marketing Manager , you will execute and develop digital marketing, including digital content development, curation and copywriting for organic, paid media channels for all brands across the markets to ensure the brand culture is supported and actively represented online, while driving consumer engagement and business impact.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Support in ideation, management and execution of locally driven content projects on digital platforms. Work closely with global and local teams and agencies to ensure marketing goals and direction are reflected digitally for each brand.
- Lead digital content curation and copywriting for organic and paid media channels. Deliver high-quality brand visuals and videos for campaign launches and brand activations. Align consistent brand messaging and tonality across all channels. Extract content insights to continuously improve digital performance and inform creative direction.
- Support to formulate brand content scenario-based usage guidelines, clarify content standards for different publishing scenarios (daily organic posts, campaign posts, athletes, influencers, streamers, brand ambassadors reposts, official releases content). Unify content tone, visual style and delivery rules for all brand communication scenarios.
- Day-to-day management of social media accounts including content schedules, community engagement, live event coverage, and performance analysis. Spearhead communications with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure weekly, monthly and annual tracking and reporting, extract key learning and provide data driven recommendations for future strategies. Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights and media performance highlights. Utilize social media monitoring tools to proactively analyze and report feedback on current efforts. Execute market research to gather data on target audience/s and competitors on social channels.
- Establish social media editorial calendars for all owned channels, aligned to marketing plans and objectives. Oversee social media management, creating and maintaining digital posting schedule and daily monitoring the external dialogue and image of brand.
- Assist with ambassador briefing, content development, shared posting, and community engagement to ensure brand culture is supported thru its partners and actively represented online in a compelling way.
- Liaise with partnership teams, such as Lifestyle Marketing and Brand Management, to plan comarketing efforts including ambassadors, digital creators and influencers, social followers, and event, IP partners. Lead development of social engagement and content plans for co-marketing moments.
- Keep up to date on the latest media trends, emerging media and the holistic media landscape. Stay connected to the media marketplace and develop relationship with media vendors. Support e-com efforts with media campaigns that will help drive and measure sales.
- Work with digital marketing manager on paid media strategy, plans, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and analysis across all platforms for all brands within the portfolio to drive brand growth, consideration and intent.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or media, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or media/advertising agencies.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in marketing with a beverage, Consumer Packages Goods (CPG) lifestyle brand.
- Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus (Air table/Click up).
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in English. Experience with lifestyle marketing, digital media, sponsorships, event marketing and influencers, deep understanding of social platforms and latest content style/trends. Hands-on experience with digital platforms including Douyin, Red note, WeChat, Weibo. Programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
