A day in the life:
As our MAT Lead, you’re the tip of the spear. You’ll be hitting the front lines to put a cold Monster in every hand, fueling the crowd and driving the hype through killer event sampling. You’re here to hunt down new leads for the Sales team, lock in legendary account relationships, and dominate the market by building a powerhouse network of influencers.
The impact you’ll make:
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Monster Ambassadors team members. Provide consistent direction, coaching, and communication to maintain brand accuracy in the Monster brand experiences and sampling. Diligently prepares ambassadors for superior customer interactions and flawless event executions
- Supervise operations and equipment in local market. Maintain company assets (Storage Facilities, Inventory, Vehicles, Equipment)
- Execute strategic directions and manage the goals for the assigned region/market. Build vendor and venue relationships. Generate sales opportunity leads
- Increase market knowledge and identify various groups and organizations with the targeted demographic in which to partner
- Maintain inventory control for sales and promotional events
- Plan and manage all aspects of the event planning process: pre, during, and post duties including: personnel, product delivery/distribution, transportation, supplies, contracts, insurance, permits. Actively participates in all regional events with ambassadors
- Create event schedule for local markets, team assignments are appropriate for event.
- Provide market successes feedback. Adhere to deadlines for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, reporting and recapping data for the region
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or similar field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Promotional
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and managing resources
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Ability to match your field team to best represent your market. Planning skills for managing team member' time and obtaining results
