A day in the life:
In the dynamic role of POS Manager at Monster Energy, you'll supercharge your team to achieve electrifying Point of Sale project goals. You'll spearhead the deployment of cutting-edge equipment and technologies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As the driving force behind these initiatives, you'll lead all project resources in line with our innovative project guidelines, all while achieving our ambitious business targets and elevating customer satisfaction to monstrous levels. You'll deftly identify project risks, devise impactful corrective actions, and ensure every project roars to a successful finish. Embrace the energy and lead the charge!
The impact you’ll make:
- Develop POSM (Point of Sales Marketing) solutions based on shopper information, according to different retail types.
- Develop POSM local vendors for the countries and/or control importation when needed.
- Maintenance of various POS ordering and reference platforms for the region.
- Communicate monthly POS updates and inventory reporting to sales channels.
- Quality control of new POS materials, providing feedback to key stakeholders on all discoveries and opportunity.
- Work with LATAM teams on POS requirements for bottlers and specific retailers; on occasion attend meetings with customers – chain specific projects.
- Occasionally, communicate and present POS state of the business at sales, marketing and operations meetings.
- Work together with POS Procurement Manager to manage POS portfolio.
- Keep teams well-informed on project developments through literature, contacts, and industry competition. Liaise
- POS strategy for designated LATAM region, Brand Marketing, Commercialization, Business Development and Operations.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Logistics, or another related field.
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user Microsoft Office, Power BI
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Spanish, English preferred
